Cancellation & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with every Whitenn order. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
1. Order cancellation by you
You may cancel an order at no charge any time before it has been dispatched. Email us at support@whitenn.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order ID.
2. Cancellation after dispatch
Once an order has been handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the package at delivery or initiate a return per Section 4.
3. Order cancellation by us
We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or non-serviceable pincodes. In such cases, the full amount paid (if any) is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Returns for damage or defect
If your shipment arrives damaged, tampered, or with an incorrect/defective product, raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@whitenn.com with a photograph of the parcel and product. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, opened tissue packs cannot be returned unless defective.
6. Refund timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days. Depending on your bank/payment method, the credit may take 5–10 business days to reflect.
