Shipping Policy

We ship Whitenn orders across India through trusted courier partners.
1. Serviceability
We deliver to all serviceable pincodes across India. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm availability.
2. Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours from our Shrigonda, Maharashtra facility (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
3. Delivery time
Typical delivery windows after dispatch: Metro cities — 2 to 4 business days. Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities — 3 to 6 business days. Remote pincodes — 5 to 8 business days. Timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier or weather conditions.
4. Shipping charges
Free standard shipping on orders above ₹500. Orders below ₹500 attract a flat shipping fee shown at checkout.
5. Tracking
A tracking link is shared via email and WhatsApp as soon as your order is handed to the courier.
6. Failed or returned deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, repeated delivery failures or refusal at the door, we will contact you to either re-ship (additional charges may apply) or refund minus the original shipping cost.
