Replacement Policy

Whitenn products go through quality checks before dispatch. In the rare case something is wrong, we replace it free of charge.
1. Eligibility
Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery for: items damaged in transit, manufacturing defects, wrong product shipped, or missing items vs the invoice.
2. How to request
Email support@whitenn.com with your order ID, a clear photo of the parcel (showing the courier label) and a photo of the affected product.
3. Verification & dispatch
Once verified, we dispatch the replacement within 2 business days. Reverse pickup (if required) is arranged at no extra cost to you.
4. Limitations
Cosmetic variations (slight differences in pack print or packaging colour) are not eligible for replacement.
