These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Whitenn online store operated by White Squares Paperworks Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or browsing this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Whitenn is a consumer brand of White Squares Paperworks Pvt. Ltd., a private limited company registered in India. GSTIN: 27AADCW3213M1ZV. Registered office: White Square, Valu Road, Shrigonda, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra 413701.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order.
3. Products and pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product description errors. If a pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or delivery-area restrictions). Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the order and send a shipment confirmation.
5. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (where enabled) and digital payment methods displayed at checkout. You represent that any payment instrument used is lawfully owned and authorised by you.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, submit false information, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmednagar, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
